1.Introduction   
1) About Miniature Park
Miniature Park is the first online store in Japan specializing in historical, military and fantasy figures. Our mission is to deliver high quality items to domestic and global markets.
2) Price (mail order price)
The price on the site is the price for items (Consumption tax will not be applied to overseas customers). Please note that almost all produces are imported one so the price may change due to Forex rates changes.
3) Status of availability
Status of stock will change on daily basis. Please note that items on the website may not be available due to update gap. For some items, we do not have stocks in store but places an order to manufacturers or wholesalers upon receipt of orders. In this case it will take a certain term for delivery. For the detail please see Product page. For immediate need, please enquire us via email regarding availability of items before you place an order. Please note that items that are out of stock now and requires more than two months will be treated as cancelled.
2.System requirements   
1) Web Browser (for PC)
Japanese version of Netscape 7.1 or Internet Explorer6.0 or later will be recommended.
3.Order policy   
1)
Please click on "Go to Shopping cart" button on top page and the introduction pages of each product.
2)
Details of shopping cart will be displayed. Please click on the button of "Go to register" if you confirm no failures in the product name or quantity.
Please click on "Delete" button when you happen to select wrong items.
Please click on "Continue shopping" when we wish to add some more items.
3)
The entry form for Personal information will be displayed. Please click on "Next" button when all entry is made. Please check if you input correct email address. Our system supports only roman alphabets "ABCDEFGHIJKLMNOPQRSTUVWXYZabcdefghijklmnopqrstuvwxyz". In case non supported characters are used, we may not be able to handle your order correctly. Please note that we will not take responsibility for any troubles and accidents caused by the mal selection of characters mentioned above.

Check if correct telephone number is entered. Please understand that correct phone number is required for correct delivery. We will not take responsibility for any troubles caused by wrong phone number or no phone number filled.

All contacts from us would be done via email including order confirmation, order approval and shipping notification, etc. Please acknowledge that we will not take any responsibility for any accidents and any troubles caused by email failures. In case you do not receive order confirmation email after you place an order that may be caused by your server configuration.
Please set your server configuration appropriately.

PC email:
Please check if email sent from us happens to be categorized as "spam mail".
Or your ISP may block our email. Please ask your ISP to change configuration to permit our email. In case you are still unable to contact us please try to contact us via alternative email.

Mobile phone email:
If your setting is "reject email from PC", our email will be blocked. Please change the setting into "Permit email from PC".

Details of your order will be displayed. Click on "Send" button when you confirm all entry is correct. Settlement completion mail is automatically sent to you. When modification is required, click on "Modify" button.

Please click on "Return" button AFTER you ordered via credit card. ("Settlement confirmation mail" is not sent unless you click on "Return" button.) PLEASE CLICK ON “RETURN” BUTTON WITHOUT FAIL.

When you click on “Send” button, you will receive order confirmation email and settlement confirmation email (if you settle via credit card). Please do not delete these emails.
For immediate need, please ask for stock status via email.

In case items happen not to be put in shopping cart, please check if Cookie is active.
If you are not familiar with Cookie setting, please follow the steps in order to enable Cookie.

Internet Explorer 6.0
1. Click on the Tools-menu in Internet Explorer.
2. Click on the Internet Options item in the menu - a new window opens.
3. Click on the Privacy tab near the top of the window.
4. Move the slider (See image) so that is on one of the levels below Medium High (including Medium, Low, Accept All Cookies.
5. Save changes by clicking OK.

Netscape Navigator 6.XX
1. Click on the Edit-menu in Netscape
2. Click on the Preferences... item in the menu - a new window opens.
3. Expand the Advanced selection in the left part of the window.
4. Click on the Cookies selection.

4.Payment Policy   
Miniature Park will accept payment by credit card and PayPal for charges for items.
1) Credit Card
VISA, MASTER, JCB, AMEX and Diners are available.
           
When you wish to purchase multiple items, we would ask you to check availability of items before you place order to avoid unexpected higher shipping cost.
2) Payment via PayPal
If you prefer to pay via PayPal, please give us your PayPal account via email after you placed an order (unfortunately our shopping cart does not support PayPal yet.). We will charge to the account. Please note that 4% of handling fee will be added to the amount of charges for items and shipment fee. The items will be shipped upon payment is confirmed. If we are unable to confirm payment 3 days after the order, we will treat the order as cancelled.
5.Privacy Policies   
Your privacy and the privacy of all registered users of Miniature Park is important to us. Accordingly, we have adopted the following privacy policy.
Our policy is based on the principles of notice, choice, access and security in the collection and use of all information regarding our users and their activities at our site. Please review this policy each time you use the site as it is subject to change at any time by Miniature Park without notice to you.

This policy tells you among other things what information we gather from you, how we may use or disclose that information, and our efforts to protect it.

Types of Information Collected
In connection with your use of our site, we ask for and may collect a variety of information from and about you in different ways. For example, when you purchase an item from our site, we may ask for and store your information including, but not limited to, your name and/or your business' name, address, email address, billing, shipping, payment information and other identifying contact data. When you use our printer driver tool, we confirm your email address and send you the link for the selected printer driver (if available) along with recommended items. This collected email will only be used and protected by Miniature Park and will not be sold to another company.

6.Shipping Policy   
All paid items are shipped out from our shop within 2 working days. Orders placed on holidays will begin processing the next business day. If items in your order are out of stock we'll notify you by e-mail. 7.Cancellation and returns policy   
1) Cancellation
You can cancel your order at anytime prior to shipping. However, if the item is en route or delivered, we will be unable to cancel the order. For back order items, we will accept cancellation until 8 days after the order.
2) Returns
We accept returns only when items contain damaged, stained or defective parts in it.
All requests for returns must first be made via email. Do NOT simply mail item(s) back without speaking or emailing us first.
Be ready to provide us the following information: Your name, product, purchase date, receipt number, address item was shipped to, your contact information.

Defective Items
Items that are defective, stained significantly and damaged will be replaced as expeditiously as possible. Please contact us with attachment of images of defective, stained or damaged parts so that we can deal with promptly

Shipping Damage
If an order is damaged during the shipping process, please contact your local post office for compensation. Please note that we do not take responsibility for any damage, stain and defection caused during shipment process.

To guarantee compensation, the number on invoice is total amount of item prices and shipping fee. The number may change in accordance with your request. Please note that in this case compensation supported by postal office is the amount on the invoice.

Please note that we charge round trip shipping fee and handling fee in case that:
- Customers reject to receive and are unable receive order for more than one week due to absence.
- Customers cancel order after delivery.
8.Business Hour   
Orders via website are available in 24 hours. Orders and inquiries by phone are available during business hour (0:00PM JST to 7:00PM JST closed on Sunday).
